Why do some ES trades happen at smaller intervals than a tick? Like the tape will show trades at 1967.3219. or 1966.0312. Who is able to trade like that? I know my order entry doesn't allow for that..

This is impossible, unless your "tape" is showing some sort of averaged out trades, which I have never seen happening in any platform
What broker do u use and what are u looking at ?

out at 61, lost 14 points, in money terms though about 10bps of funds...throwaway money...that's why the focus should always be on money and percentages, not on points which don't mean anything.
Talking in points sort of standardizes things though so you can compare pure performance.
