Never tried that one. Does the spread widen in heavy volatility?
Love trading TF, nice $300 moves and only market I risk less than target, I risk $200, but am strictly a Scalper when day trading.

You ever try running trailing stops instead of point target? You would probably pull more $ out of the trade depending on when you execute.
Yes, it does. Definitely thinner than TF. I would say S&P 400 has about 25% of the volume of TF. But, as I said, I find it a bit more orderly. If TF is working for you, don't change anything. Plus, I sometime spread EMD against YM (going long one and short another), and since both are on GLOBEX, I get better margin treatment. I will not get that on YM vs. TF as they are on different exchanges

That's what I am talking about goes against me 7 ticks and ave down on each price level makes me +8, +7, +6, +5, +4, +3, +2, +1 for a breakeven plus one tick trade.
Finally up on the day, Now I can have my banana, Yahoo
S 56.25, stop 57.25.
