Absolutely yes. There are certain DOM behaviors that I can feel. I'm starting to dabble with trying to quantify them, but I'm not getting my hopes up. My initial short was based on price only though.

No panic in the SP or Dow. Those indexes are just a handful of percentage points off historic highs. Naz and Russell have turned, but again no panic.

One thing HF has accomplished this time IMO, is to "throttle" or smooth out sentiment. EVERYTHING "feels" controlled, again IMO. That is of course the flipside of the previous accomplishments of HF.

In any case, no panic anywhere. Complacency everywhere. Benefit of the doubt is all the buzz.... Don't go short, but don't be too frickin long.

6/1 was high ,now 10/1 dvol over uvol, you can;t know,only suspect, but that unusual rise suggests that some large fund or a few are liquidating, a mild panic
