Vix will fluctuate between 15.2 and 10.5 in the next few months, till we tag ES 1960 or so. It should remain under 13 on a weekly closing basis though.

Much the same.
Bear market rallies are b-r-u-t-a-l.
Overtime the market MUST go up. I just try to time my entries well, and don't worry about the possibility of a bear market.
Most People have been telling me i'm wrong to be a bull since below 1000 ES.

i cannot predict the future..but re vix i would suggest the low runs in 2006-07 as you mentioned may prove to be as unique as 80 vix was in 2008. i traded through all those yrs and personally i do not feel the this market will run 10's sustained.
