Best way to avoid chop is to increase timeframe as soon as you see it, then reduce size and take the trades based on the new higher candles.

I wasn't really ready to buy in on Friday, bought an 1840 put for insurance....BUT with this strong opening tonight , this week monthly opex and the fact we have gone pretty much nowhere for several weeks I think the bulls are in the drivers seat and I'm long some deltas here (for the week)...gone over to the dark side....
sold the put and bought the cash..
offer 78 25 78 25-75 on the 10 day globex nip
Should be able to close this today for some nice profits.
Maybe at around 167.00+?
Once covered, will go Long on any dip
