The models issued a mild short side signal at 164.40 area.
PS: 10 minutes later, DIA is trading at 164.18. I do not know what the precise definition of a tick is, but if it means cents, that is +22 ticks or 2 ticks per minute. Ticks sound nicer to the reader, but fuzzy to the person who likes precision in the meaning of units.
Roller coaster without volatility. Feds still in there cranking the cam shaft. When it ends nobody left to buy.
There was a little vol there up over 15 vix at one pt. Have to say though I think what ever the Fed is going to do is pretty well priced into the market. You have to admit it was a day traders wet dream...(only if they were on the right side at the right time) at the pt we were pretty far down I was having trouble covering some otm short calls I had...that told me we probably wouldn't stay down. Dunno but its still nice to have 2 sided action.
