long shot, the 3 step pattern from oct 87 went thru the bottom of 1st step a little bit, the 3 step in nikkei in 89-91 area went on to make a 4th step and it blew thru the bottom for a large drop below the 1st step, there's a 4 step in the spx ,not a strong percentage chance of it playing out ,just throwing it out there for something to watch
