Blew up today (not my account). Lost control of my emotions. Anger, frustration, going against trading plan, etc.

Pretty pathetic. Had some drama in my life that fueled the fire for a day like this. trading can be tough in that regard.

Fortunately, I caught the move from 1747.50 -1751.50 to only finish down 2 ticks on the day thus far, but I needed to add to the winning position twice to have triple my normal size. Added at 49 and 50.25.

After 3 straight +8 point days, this was bound to happen. Gonna meditate today. Need to trade in a zen like way. Trading requires u to be a master of your emotions. Don't let your emotions control u, u control your emotions
