the stuff in your head your using as valid rationale is like watery gas, your engine(trading acct) will conk out,you need to sort thru what you know and what you think and get rid of every thing you think, trade the charts, the market, your trading off those assumptions in your head which over time will amount to 95% losing trades, mixed in with a few good ones that you made from just using the facts...you could trade breakeven and get slaughtered on just commissions... been there, done that...not to mention it's exp week, the worst results in forecasting short moves of any of the 4 weeks, its so manipulated to bring it in at option exp closing as many at zero as possibleQuote from kerry888:

paul tudor jones quote
"The most important rule of trading is to play great defense, not great offense. Every day I assume every position I have is wrong. I know where my stop risk points are going to be. I do that so I can define my maximum possible drawdown. Hopefully, I spend the rest of the day enjoying positions that are going my direction. If they are going against me, then I have a game plan for getting out.
Donât be a hero. Donât have an ego. Always question yourself and your ability. Donât ever feel that you are very good. The second you do, you are dead. My biggest hits have always come after I have had a great period and I started to think that I knew something."
Assume your always wrong, don't defend what you know to people on a mssg board, whether you know more or less, there is always more to learn, you won;t learn it by defending your ego, you are going to have to learn to kill that ego, it's all noise, and stands in your way on every trade

IMO your biggest problem is the fact that a broken watch is correct twice a day.
You probably will "win" a couple, but the watch itself will remain broken.
