I think the bears are the ones who are getting slaughtered now, and it appears that there are lots of em.

Yeah...famous words from 1000, 1100, 1200, 1300, 1400, 1500, 1600 etc.
1900 before 1700 would not be illogical. 
I swam against the tide on most days from 1100-1200.
