Quote from trend2009:

who are gurus here I should follow?

Best to follow no one and study for a few years. Everyone has different timeframes, length of trades, spread trading, mindsets, risk adverse, Price action , TA or combination.

I have always said it better to learn long term first so you can learn slower, have all night to think what to do and as one gets faster, required knowledge is ingrained so when starting of day trading, can have answer to what charts say without thinking. Day trading requires having the answer first before the question. If you have to think about it, you don't have a rule on what needs to be done immediately.

Long term trading requires min of time, where day trading, really have no life for first few years, really have to be truely insane to be a scalper, dedication to the game.

Trvlwanderer my sincere apology for that comment. It was mean, petty and uncalled for. Not to mention incorrect. You contribute quite a lot and I've always enjoyed your posts.

This uni-directional market tries the patience of everyone and I let it show my red-ass, which is no excuse for rudeness,
