ES Journal - 2013

Finally saw a good signal in ES today and took a short. Seeing the setup made me relax where I think I get nervous when I trade without a setup. I must have been in the zone since it hit target with ease. Yesterday, I had a good entry on the long side but moved it up and got stopped out.

I think I need to just be patient and wait for good setups to make money. Made back all of my loss from yesterday.

S1 (just below 46) would be aggressive, I'd think, given the fact that it is opex thursday. That said, there's also a huge volume profile bulge at 45. I'll be shocked if it drops below that today but, what do I know?
