If I recall some of the previous mini flash crashes and even bigger ones in the past, it seemed that price will often return or retest the crash lows in the near future.

someone made this exact same observation after the december overnight flash crash.

However, if memory serves me right i don't think that low was revisited. I am outside and I only have my RTH charts with me now, so i can't confirm looking at globex.

I think you are spot on gmst. I recall having the same thought back in december but the price didn't get that low that time.
