Advancing shares and declining shares in this link - are they same as dvol-uvol that you post from ToS. Other than the fact the linked data is delayed by 10 minutes?

i use up volu and dvolume and those are issues on one totlal shares on another but it should work the same

So I did a quick google search and checked their website. It seems you are suggesting that I can get a paper money trading account at ToS and they will display all these market internal data, just that it will be delayed by 10-15 minutes. Is my understanding correct or you refering to something other than a paper money account?
