left side middle ,free online ebooks,LC doesnt stop often but when he was a regular,he often pointed out several of these different market terms and knows them backwards and forwards http://www.daytradingbias.com/?p=34776

Ahh...ok.

I've been here for years but was not sure why you brought him up concerning a chart you posted on a gap. Must have missed something.

The SPX gap is filled.

Comp has another 5 points.

on friday we made ledges at 66 and 63 on a hand chart, ledges are where there is a lrge seller or buyer all day working a tight range,at the time you dont know if its a buyer or seller, but since we dropped, assume it was a seller,we are back there now,so this needs to hold as res, just thinking out loud

according to you gap fill definition trav, it was filled

Yeah, I posted it several minutes ago.

Is my gap definition different? I guess I go from the previous close and the current price (higher or lower from a gap opening) to establish the gap.

Lines. Good thing they never break or rest in the eye of the beholder for accurate placement.

Love ya spectre, but your posts as of late are pretty ambiguous. When questions you get into some algo execution rate, too fast for human eyes crap. Really?

Hell, long is trajectory of the market regardless of your lines. That statement could apply at any time "pick your long entry". Really?

just shows the market rewards as long as your long.. :) entries dont matter if your acct can handle the heat.

nothing ambigous, I tried my best to explain things to you, I've given up, and the code wont be handed out. The principles and techniques I will save for my children.

It's not that spectre.....you eluded to algo and other mysterious codes when you were asked about some of your entries and previous "lines". Those are the comments I eluded to.

The notion of being long in the US stock market is not really profound by any measure. Markets go up more than down over the long term. I hold long term SPY as many do. Many posts on here are simply trades.

I asked because you posted a simple charts with two lines and then talked about getting long.

You are switching time frames and I simply asked fro some clarification.

Sorry if I hurt your feelings. No need to take your ball and go home, your input is appreciated.
