Here are few details about the way I trade and manage trades for reference.

In every case, bar none, I have a 10 point disaster stop.

Other than that, I generally have 2-5 point stops on my trades, sometimes I just post entry and don't type more to post stop, target etc. if I am closely watching orderflow. I usually edit it later or write about stop etc. later.

In 95+% cases, I close my trades at eod.
