Better when the bars or candles agree with the averages, otherwise you run into potential sideways action.
 
market doesn't shout it out anymore than the guy at the carnival tells you the barrels on the rifles are bent, or the basketbal hoop is smaller than regulation,it's a game meant to beat the most people as often as possible, they try to cover footprints but don't catch all of them
