How high can it go? We'll be out of the 1600s, more-or-less for good, by the end of this month. Beyond that, no clue. Over 2000 for the first half of 2014 is a near-certainty, IMHO

At one point during my learning stages these type of questions drove me nuts, how high? how low ? too low ? too high ?

Then I finally realized if one trades price and the setups without consideration for this psychological placement, things get much easier for us as traders.

Nowadays, when someone asks me (not this case) about the future, I simply say, I do not know and do not care.

It has does wonders for me, give it a shot.
