Nice 2nd gap. Baseline is at 1426. Anywhere in the 18-19 range was a good place to go long, although the shortened trading day doesn't guarantee a complete gapfill....

Are any of you guys hedging with vix futures or options instead of just stops.... and are you using a vol indicator for stops.. like BB bands or kelter channels...

In the past I sold options against my positions but then realized it was just another way of being stubborn. At times I would also buy options outright to establish a position especially to the downside since you typically have vega working in your favor and occasionally to the upside when vol is low. I don't use bands for stops.
