At 13:15 CDT, I divide the day session range in half, whichever half price is, more times than not can expect new highs/lows on day, if it been choppy day can expect the stops to be hit at highs/lows then drift into lower/higher prices. If been trending up all day, usually see continued higher price till bout 14:20 when I expect a reverse for 20-30 minutes, then strong close till NYSE closes so that system traders will get worst price at close.
