Really surprised you get filled at any consistency with this volume. I'm not seeing much more than 30-40 contracts getting filled per shot, let alone over minutes at the same price.

How are you maintaining price?

I only do that size in first 30 minutes of day session, by the time I get to late in the day, much much less size 10-40

Do you actually get filled at high/low ticks in ES moves? I can catch fills in the CL at high/low ticks sometimes, but I don't think I've had such luck in the ES.
