uvol over dvol normal up day..no flat line

spx weekly res line is 1380,week of 7/2 high was 74.80

once in a position, a short in this case,looking for the uvol dip and the dvol to pop and a contraction in the adv over decline difference,if it doesn't start to happen even gradually at supposed resistance then the resistance isnt resistance..so far its stopped going up and adv dec stopped growing..on a strong day the adv over dec is around 2000 avg, it's 1000 today..just thinking out loud

14.800 traded at 69 es, 14,800 at 69.25..seems to be a working bid there holding it up, are they holding it up to short or is some fund stuck and they are ramping it on them this week
