Overbought and oversold are dangerous concepts.

Some would on the contrary think that the fact that we broke the 200 without retracing is even more frightening! :eek:

But I really don`t have a clue one way or the other. I just think we`re due for more down side for the day/week.

I can see us trade up to 69 before the next wave of selling. Or I`m flat out wrong and the bottom is in.

Either way, very nice entry on the long, fellas.

As long as the dvol keeps leaking and ticks don't improve, I don't see much that supports the oversold thesis

Yeah, oversold and overbot are pretty useless...I just view it like an elastic band....things get stretched too far, they usually snap back a bit. I figure 50ish ES points in a day and a half is overkill
