Quote from gmst:

what is market trend index ? do you have a link on it ?

It's just a proprietary indicator of mine that measures market trend and trend volatility levels.

Not for sale, but I can tell you what it's based off of... The NYSE Tick. The 2.5 minute below gives an even better overall market picture but isn't useful for short term trading like I do.

A bit dense but still thanks for answering!

That guy who was like "I wonder why were selling" makes me laugh... It's obvious in the technicals, and in the fundementals.

People are getting a head start on selling before the fed Twist program ends next month so they don't get caught by the crash.

What a f** idiot I am.
Three buys today at 16.50, 10, and one last shot at 5.50. I let my 1310 buy go up for 7 points profit, didn't book it and it turned into a 5 pt loss.
Total loss today of 13pts.

technicals or fundamentals?

which technicals? which fundamentals?

why is it -when someone has a system or there own indicator thats not forsale--it cant be had by anyone -for 1 reason-

riddle me this -

why does it only work on north bound trains -?

why cant it be used for south bound moves by reading it in reverse or turning your veiwing screen upside down?

points to ponder

Letting a 7 point winner going back to breakeven is one thing, but letting it turn into a 5 point loser for a total loss of 12 points (you had 7) is not acceptable behaviour for a short-term day trader. I assume you are a day trader.

Do you not have any rules that protect you from doing this?

Did you not have similar behavior yesterday? With profits on a trade and then letting it go strongly against you turning into a loss? I still wonder why you bought at the place you did when price was dropping and we had a gap below.

Always protect what you have and play great defense.

You are only an idiot if you don`t learn from your mistakes.

What do you think? :)
