Wouldn't it be more productive to just say that you aren't trading with a stop?

Guys, there's no point posting trades without stops. And there's no point in posting stops that you don't intend to keep and just modify as the market moves against you. It certainly raises questions about your honesty and credibility, and that type of "trading" is better suited for Chit Chat, say in Volente's Bar and Grill.

chay why dont you go and count the number of negative posts from you and others in this volente journal, and then you can come back here with the info,magna and hurricane , and explain how this is a contribution and makes ET elite ,i'm here to trade,i've learned a lot from vol and others in this journal and know how averaging ,reasons during averaging change,and wish to keep the crap out, it just feeds on itself

Don't understand your point about posting trades without stops. Some swing trade on this journal and average in and out.

have to watch the 2 15- 2 30 chicago time slot to see which way this goes on trend days, most likely up, but it's possible that the last 10 - 12 weeks has been a topping pattern

For one thing, Vol's journal is in chit chat. The one part of the forum that does not get advertised on the front page. It is seperate from ET, that is why it is set up like that. I never came into this journal and made comments like I did there. However, I called out vol because I do not feel his system adds anything to this journal.
