The news is in, the cards are on the table (pending anything unexpected), and we are back in balance in 66s.
Failed auction above the range on super high news... makes me bearish, perhaps stronger conviction down than earlier due to failed auction up. 66s will have to be broken away from though, and the earlier failed auction below 66s will probably bring buyers again. So, could be choppy and messy here.
