Alert, longs.

Potential double top in place.

Now I will stop trolling this forum and do what I was supposed to be doing tonight.

Will check back later. I fear that I may be smoked when I`m back.

dow needs to close above 13000 so the weekend talks shows can parade the administration's "fixing" of the economy while dodging Iran and gas prices. Non-political, just an observation of how the big dogs work.

around 70......but the question is whether we will ping and breech, or retract from here. I say the dow needs to close above 13k for various reasons.

I agree that this is a very likely scenario, but I can also see different scenarios. I don`t think all globex high/lows get tested, unless you zoom out to a very large time frame. Also, a test at Sunday night would not matter according to your theory, right? :)

Other scenarios.

What if there is no reversal around this zone of any significance?

What if we clear 1370s? Then 80s, 90s and even 1400 first? Is there any significant resistance after the 1370 area?

Let`s see what happens. :)
I agree, if there is no significant reversal around 1370, then the slow grind up will continue. I am not getting in front of the train before there more evidence of a reversal. So far, I view it as just a possibility if the ES does not blast to another new high and stays above 1370, then some sort of correction will probably have started. It is obviously to early to tell, but this one scenario that I am contemplating.

Ok.

Dow 13 K. I can live with that, as long as we don`t close above. :)

Looks like we`re consolidating and finding acceptance here above Tuesday`s highs. Resistance turning into support.

Getting ready to take out my stop.

May have to widen it more and start averaging. :p

I know this sounds bad but can something bad happen to spook the markets. I need some volitility!

Would some good news be ok too, or you're just evil? :p
