Ah yes I did see this and meant to post this:

I was referring to a rolling 60 second number of contracts traded, not aligned to a 1 minute bar. So 37K contracts traded in 60 seconds, but those 60 seconds were not aligned to the minute bar. I'm sure the IB volume total is accurate.

Thanks Josh, you have got some funky analytics there.

any news?

If you can wait 30 minutes, market watch will have had time to pretend they know what it is (it will probably have the word "Greece" or "Euro" in it), and then post it, at which time of course the market will have totally reversed. :D Real news takes them about 10 minutes to post. Invented news takes a little while longer to be creative :p

lol funky? Volume is funky?

haha, didn't mean that. Just meant your platform has some rolling volume indicator or maybe you coded it yourself. :)

A good example of IMO how the market keeps traders honest. The biggest move of the day comes right in at lunch hour, from 12 to 1 EST. You think that will have some traders eating lunch at their desks in front of the screen tomorrow? Just a thought, perhaps logically unsound.
