10 day theory, unwritten brokerage in house rules,if you tell your customer to buy a stock ,several customers,and you buy it ,you can't sell in to your customers as they are buying a 1/2 point ,few points higher,you have to hold for ten day minimum,same with shorts,if you downgrade a stock asking them to unload
Trvlwanderer thanks i should have had more discipline though. Im a believer in the process not the outcome and i broke my rules.

understand. broken rules feel the worst ( to me as well. You had little heat, so nice entry and good target though.
