spx had an engulfing candle( http://www.elitetrader.com/vb/showthread.php?postid=3440573&highlight=engulfing+candle#post3440573 ) pointed out here by xspurt,the morning low hit that tl on the daily and we are having problems here at yest nip and todays cleavge, a retest of the low could give way to a 1338 spx touch of that lower tl,just a possibility

spx monthly tl hit res,early in the month but the 1349 ledge chart yesterday was a spot for a pullback .......edit...short 44

I was very tempted to close the trade at 1341.25 and then again at 1342.25. Good that I waited, if I close now, I can get 1343, but it seems there is a little chance that we actually erase all morning downmove and go up and make an attempt towards 1350 today. So, I will let this trade run, worst I close at +1 tick.

closed the long position at 1343.5....feels like shorting here, but will stop myself from over-trading. Will wait to gain more clarity.

This trade was my first attempt to see how it feels scalping looking at DOM

Don't plan to do it again. Probably better suited if you have some algo and an exchange seat to reduce comm. For guys like us, better to be selective, think and take trades aiming for 4-6 points as profit.
