The threat has to be there for bulls to climb the wall of worry. Anyway its not all false rumours, european peripheral bond yields have come down pretty drastically in the last month or so (thanks to the LTRO), so there have been some real improvements.

Yes , if Zorba dances on the heads of the private bond holders and scratches all the paper there be problems could be in the US banks as nobody really knows their exposures to the European banks.

there is the king has no clothes scenario,if one king is exposed ,they all are ,this lie has to go on for the market to hold up,other scenario is we all declare bankrupt and have a do over ..if i live in greece spain ireland italy,i say fug em,iceland didn't sink into the ocean...let the fairytale carry on

This is a bull flag here. Technically a breakout should carry through to at least 42 if it's more than just stops being run.
