http://online.wsj.com/mdc/public/page/2_3022-mflppg-moneyflow.html i look at this ,the top 10-12,then click on the buying on weakness at top and look at those top 10-12 and just sort of weigh if one is grossly stronger than the other,at the moment ,pros are slightly stronger sellers and they are blue chips and spy ( if you read the top,these are all block trades)
