if that whole of europe thing were true we prob would have tanked today,dow eur,..somewhere in there it's got to be cheap,that or the volume in today's low and the floor under the eur is ppt
 
I just came back from lunch. 84's tagged and then cleared with a vengeance! A small small part of me considered hanging on to that long from before, but alas it wasn't meant to be.

ZB weakening and ES accum. from 2.15 EST till 3.00.03 then BOOM from 8150.

Interesting was there was only a small reaction in the euro.
 
Finally - French rating cut to AA+ from AAA by S&P. Euro off by 25 pips on the news, but there is no more downside momentum ....but then its Friday night

French outlook negative - that sounds cool!

Spain cut to A - two notches

Finland maintained AAA with negative outlook

Italy BBB+ , one notch above junk

Cyprus loses investment grade

Wow thats a long list...maybe more is coming!!

Portugal downgraded to junk

Austria one notch to AA+ with negative outlook

Slovenia to A+ with negative outlook

Estonia outlook negative from 'watch negative'

Netherlands outlook negative

Luxembourg outlook negative

GOOD NEWS - Germany outlook stable from 'watch negative'

Ireland to negative
 
All those happy longs rushing to get in at the close.

Makes a fella wonder.

But then again, flat and free of stress is the way I prefer my weekends!
