Trying to keep a little journal integrity here. I do not post all my trades, but I do post them in real time and see the post is finished when finished.

Not trying to bust your baggettes Satchell, but you tend to be eager to post a P&L shot, I figured you would like to maintain your integrity and keep ego’s on the sidelines where they belong.
I guess we can all have a pecker size contest in the alley if that works, but it seems a little childish.

As Hurricane said, how about a p&l shot today?

ammo....pm me for some shin splint help. when do they occur, what distances do they occur at, do they occur with weight fluctuations?

I've had them on and off and have some good exercises that work.
