Hahaha... Yea, when I'm actually trading I learned a long time ago to exit the TDA chatroom and not read anything.
Need to keep focus when the trading is good.
Hope nobody bought into that downtrend... Anyone that did is asking for it. Internals confirmed hourly downtrend... All 5/15 minute buy setups will get blown out.
Keep waiting my bully bulls! Our time will come again! Hopefully mid next week... Or I might have to learn to short trade. LoL!

Stupid bear markets. You only get any long setups once in a blue moon... Going to be dealing with months of this. Sigh... At least the bear market rallies when they come will be fast and FIERCE and outperform bull market rallies for trading.
Every hundred points we drop there should be a 50-70 point counter trend rally as usual. The bigger the drop the bigger the rally!!! That thought just put me back into a good mood.
I'm sure I'm not the only person in here who can't wait for the next crash because the rallies out of it are wonderful trading!!!

That`s why I decided that if I am to be a technical trader, I don`t want to listen to news during the trading session. I don`t want to know the news or try to interpret them. The only thing I want to know is when they are released, because it may be a good time to adjust risk or stay flat. They may also be a game changer, but I just don`t know which direction.
I`ve seen the market do the opposite of what I expect based on news releases so many times that I eventually took the cue and stopped trying to make sense of it.
At least as a short-term day trader.

Man that is so true. Every time I let news enter the equation it messes me up. I am working on a few more technicals with a fellow trader that will hopefully keep me from getting run over by the train like today. All in all it was not a bad day but with more patience, it could have been a really good day both on the move up and down.
