There is tremendous political capital once 13,000 dow is breeched regardless of fundamentals. And that capital is bought and paid for.

It doesn't take much to drift AH into the stratosphere as we have seen over the past year. Once res turns support, additional buying. rinse and repeat.

I agree with ya, just adding this pesky dynamic of the state we live in.
