In reference to your comment, the odds strongly favor we will see 1525 before we break the last major swing low at 1070

All patterns sometimes work and sometimes fail, just because there is a daily pattern does not mean it's projection will occur.

For all I know the bullish head and shoulders could become a double top and screw everyone, would not be the first or the last time.

Anything can happen, for that reason alone, i dont like to talk about too much into the future.

If you look deep into the charts you can also find bearish patterns, and the same thing applies, they might work or not.

The unknown, what has not happened, will dictate the next course of action.


Remember the bear flag we had in october of 2011, how did that work? Right, it did not, it became a bullish head and shoulders.

I'm with you, what you are describing CrazyA calls Pattern morphing, happens all the time.

2011 went like this

ABC
Head and Shoulders
Head and Shoulders broke down
Bear flag formed

2012
Bear flag failed
Inverse Head and shoulder formed

now what ?

No one knows.
