I had a horrible day today. lost 12 points - a lot for a day trader, 10 point was my designated stop, lost 2 points more because I moved my stop.

Ditto on that. I was just as stupid. I also lost 12 pts before I pulled my head out of my ass. Tried longing the market twice and let my first loss get way ahead of me.
