Which is better for ES intraday trading ?
1- Directly trade ES long or short ?
2-If i want to be Long ES : I will buy ES and short one of today's laggards stocks , and vice versa if i want to be short ES ?
3- If i want to be Long ES i buy one of today's best performance stocks without buying the ES and i short one of the worst performance stocks if i want to be short the ES ?
4 - like choice number 3 but i do it with more than one stock ?
5- something else like options for example ?
Remember i am talking about intraday trading only ...
