ES exchange fees

What are the current exchange fees for trading ES? The reason I'm asking is I'm trying to figure out what an all in average trading cost per contract one way for trading ES is?

I have a number built into my profit model, but I think I am low.

This link gives you an idea about the exchange fees. For a calculation of the total cost you would need to add your brokers fee.

so a very conservative all in rate per side would be 2.50 approximately ($1.14 exchange fee and 1.20 brokerage)?

No need to pay over $2.00 for ES. IB has all in rate per side of $2.00 and Lightspeed $1.65. Plenty of firms in between those two rates.
