Are you referring to the chart you posted above in which the only short area you marked was around 1431 (but ES continued up to 1441)?
 
OK, I was only going by what you posted in this thread. Your blog post says swing short at 1438-40, but your post here in the thread says swing short 1430 - 40, which is a very large range. I guess you typed it wrong in this thread.
 
I trade any different time frames.

For Swing I use Daily charts and Futures/ ETF Options. Then I build step-by-step Short position in range 1430-40 and target is 1400-1405+-

For Daytrading I use at the same time 15 min charts and ES. i will precisse Entry at trading Levels and standard target is 2-5 points, at swing levels 10 points.
 
Todays result:

Daytrading ( levels ): +2,5 p. per contract

Cover swing positions in SPY from yesterdays scaling in 1.430-40 SELL SWING area ( at 1410 )
