Interactive Brokers seems to have some Eris swap futures but not others, e.g. I can find YIW but now YIE in TWS. Any reason?

Not sure about the specifics.
An exchange might have thousands of products.
It is common for a broker not to offer all those thousands of products
especially if the products are not popular.
Similarly, there are hundreds of exchanges in this world.
Most brokers offer products from a few exchanges only.

The example I specified is from the same exchange (CME) and the same product suite. It's like offering ZF but not ZN futures. Or offering GOOG stock but not MSFT.

Looking at CME website, YIE had no volume on Friday. The 2-year had 1,024, 150 in the 3-year, 96 in the 5-year, and 40 in the 10-year. https://www.cmegroup.com/trading/interest-rates/swap-futures.html

Thank you. According to this page https://www.cmegroup.com/market-dat...olume-open-interest/interest-rate-volume.html the 10y swap future has the higher volume. Nevertheless, volumes seem to be generally small.
Regarding your question "not sure why you'd want to trade Eris SOFR swap futures" - for portfolio yield curve positioning, hedging, and for asset swap spread trades - what they were intended for per CME educational material and web site.
