Interactive Brokers seems to have some Eris swap futures but not others, e.g. I can find YIW but now YIE in TWS. Any reason?
Not sure about the specifics.
An exchange might have thousands of products.
It is common for a broker not to offer all those thousands of products
especially if the products are not popular.
Similarly, there are hundreds of exchanges in this world.
Most brokers offer products from a few exchanges only.
Not sure why you'd want to trade Eris SOFR swap futures, but a good place to look is always https://www.interactivebrokers.com/en/trading/margin-futures-fops.php
You'll see:
CBOT YIA 1-Year Eris SOFR Swap Futures YIA 93.75 N/A 93.75 75 USD No 93.75 75
CBOT YIC 3-Year Eris SOFR Swap Futures YIC 62.50 N/A 62.50 50 USD No 62.50 50
CBOT YID 4-Year Eris SOFR Swap Futures YID 93.75 N/A 93.75 75.00 USD No 93.75 75.00
CBOT YIT 2-Year Eris SOFR Swap Futures YIT 62.50 N/A 62.50 50 USD No 62.50 50
CBOT YIW 5-Year Eris SOFR Swap Futures YIW 100 N/A 100 80 USD No 100 80
Apparently, IB doesn't offer the Eris futures past 5 years.
Looking at CME website, YIE had no volume on Friday. The 2-year had 1,024, 150 in the 3-year, 96 in the 5-year, and 40 in the 10-year. https://www.cmegroup.com/trading/interest-rates/swap-futures.html
