When ER2 crossed below 716.75, it marked a two sigma (standard deviation) move from Friday's close, based on the implied vol of the atm options.

i'll be focusing my trades on the short side but I have a long trade JUST IN CASE the market flip in the other direction.


Short: 704.10
target: 699.1

long:722.7
target: 730 or higher

Hello Lolo,

could you please outline your strategy in a few words ? You seem to use certain levels...how do you arrive at these figures ? Is it pivots, fibonnaccis ?

I use daily, weekly, and monthly Pivot points . As you can see in the chart below, the market bounce when it touched the daily R1 and now going to the daily PP. It's not always that clean, It help me figure out good support and resistance level.

Now i think the er2 will bounce off close the the 731 level...the 40ema is a very strong support if broken by more than 2pts..SHORT :)

LOL...:D it always happen to me... i should of put a trailling stop for that trade..oh well 4pts is not bad :)
