Second week in a row for outflows, have not seen this in many many months.

So how did the US equity markets rise this week? Quite simple my dear watson. Equity Index Futures! to the rescue.

Juice the futures overnight, gap open the cash markets and hold em, shorts were forced to lighten this positions.
