Equities gappers

FB is too much of a mover for me to trade it at this point. IMO it takes a 100k account to trade it stress free. Way to finish up the day without much damage though!
cheers.
I'm actually at like B/E on facebook now making it a fairly green day, although not gonna update my PNL in terms of this thread as i'm trying to track a specific trade style, and my last winner on that symbol was based on something new i'm trying, so won't include it.

Yeah, it does move around a lot! Although I tend to find it to be a rather 'smooth' mover which I like. I hate charts where everything is choppy and the bars are constantly overlapping each other etc, It's treated me fairly well overall so far, so will stick with it for now. But always gotta trade very small size with it so as not to throw everything 'off' in terms of stops/risk:reward etc etc

I hear you... I try to stay away from the chop too. That's one reason I usually don't trade after 11:00, I was getting to much into salt and pepper moves. Most people dismiss risk:reward management; which has a lot to do with the high failure rate IMO.

JPM killed me. Every time I traded it, it went in the wrong direction. 4 times

Usual day for my guy though. Must be nice being him!! Don't know how he does it though, lol. Just always knows with 100% certainty where the stock is going.

horrid day. Everything I touched went the wrong way.
Multiple losing trades in FB done the damage. Was expecting some continuation from the gap down, but it just went nuts to the upside. Even managed to lose on a long once i'd changed my gameplan for it lol
