EOD Float Data

Hey,

I'm interested in running some backtests based on the float size of a company. I don't think the data on Yahoo is updated frequently. Does anyone know where I could get EOD data on the float size (for say the 500 companies in the S&P and a few indices)?

Ideally for free since this is just a test.
