Environmentalist Protester: ‘Burn Down’ Homes of Wall Street Execs

Environmentalist protestors at the anti-capitalism “Flood Wall Street” march suggested tactics such as burning down the homes of Wall Street executives and politicians and smashing buildings as ways to combat climate change.

“All these people have names an addresses, like, every person f[***]ing us over, we know where they live, and we could go there, and burn their houses down,” one protester tells National Review Online reporter Katherine Timpf.

Several protestors had violent solutions for how to save the planet.

“They should be taking f[***]ing sledgehammers and just busting up everything, and shutting the system down altogether” says another.

Other suggestions included going to the schools of wealthy people to “shame their children.”

Thousands of people attended Monday’s march, and several dozen were arrested.

If conservatives talked like that, they would be immediately arrested and charged with making terrorist threats. For some reason, different rules are applied to radical leftwing thugs.

that's why I advocate home owners insurance. If an environmentalist burns your house down, yes, it is an inconvenience, but once you get the settlement payment, you can build an even bigger house.

Unfortunately, as in many of these movements that have good intent, there is a whacko faction that seem to get all the attention. Especially by the right wing media. On Sunday there 40,000 people marching for action on climate change but the few hundred radicals on Monday got more attention.

This is pretty much how it works when Tea Party conventions occur, and one or two lunatics show up in klan outfits, and the left wing media shows nothing but that.

You obviously know little of home owner's insurance.
