no, I think op was saying here is a problem we all can recognize and all agree on and may very well affect our life in the near future, like the next 15 years. And, what to do about it?

now, if you want to make some case that global warming is more important and this is just a little problem or it is only one more problem fine, but at least we could start here with an environmental problem that we all agree seems to be getting worse.
