Entry Level Trader

Does anyone know of any companies in Chicago, looking to hire entry leve traders? perhaps a position as an assistant trader. I am currently in the Tech field and going to school for my MBA with a concentration in Derivatives. Can anyone please provide some guidance as to where to begin looking.
