But some people will choose to NOT switch to a compliant policy. Why? (1) price (2) coverage doesn't meet needs (3) principles

One by one .... people who have worked hard all their life, and self employed, or early retirees or small business owners ... those who will get $0 in subsidies don't want to see premiums rise by upwards of 200%. Next, coverage ... people my age can throw out 3 of the 10 mandated coverages as things that are 100% IMPOSSIBLE to ever utilize. No intelligent human being would purchase a product that doesn't meet their needs. Last, people have principles .... I for one, and my wife, we've decided we won't buy a policy that's as flawed as the current Odumbocare choices (which is really no choice other than Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze). Why would we want to pay $12K to $15K per year in premiums when we currently pay $4300? And at the same time see deductible go up by 27%. It would be a complete waste of $$$$$$ on our part.

If we're going to have this kind of crap dictated to us why not FORCE all US people to pay for flood insurance (even though people along the coast are most likely to have a flood issue with hurricanes)? Same concept ..... But people in North Dakota would wonder why they have to pay for flood.

EVERYONE knows Odumbocare MUST change from insurers to citizens to doctors and medical facilities. Even Odumbo knows it .... but right now his ego won't allow him to admit how poorly this was developed and rolled out.

You're way too emotional over this. One fix for people who have money and refuse to follow the law is to raise the penalty for not complying and that would be a good thing. You may have to chose between a compliant health plan and no insurance. How many options will there be in the future?

Not emotional at all. Just PO'ed that LOTS of people get free rides when many of them are the BIGGEST problems. People should NOT be REWARDED for irresponsibility, as in doing nothing to maintain their health.

As far as options in the future ... that's what is so screwed up about Odumbocare .. one size fits all according to him.

Anyway I'm off to spent 3 1/2 hours helping poor kids learn math. Some want to learn but many are clones of their parents ... disrespectful, out of control, ........ thus, why I have strong opinions on some of these topics.
